A warranted lawyer with over 17 years of corporate experience, Antoine began his career at KPMG Malta, rising to Associate Director and leading their corporate services team. He has advised local and international clients on business set-ups, company continuations, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions.

A member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Antoine has also lectured on tax administration, corporate, and business law. At Finco, he ensures clients receive expert guidance and seamless corporate support.
