Manuel is a seasoned finance and governance professional with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate services, international business structuring, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Finco, Manuel built a distinguished career, including 17+ years with a Big 4 firm, where he progressed to Associate Director. In this role, he managed complex audit, assurance, and advisory engagements for multinational clients, gaining international expertise through secondments in Reykjavik, Dublin, and Luxembourg.
Following his tenure at the Big 4 firm, he founded and led his own successful corporate services firm, advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment vehicles across sectors including financial services, aviation, and technology.
Manuel is currently a Director and Governance Lead for multiple foreign-owned companies, ensuring executive presence, substance, and compliance under MFSA regulation. He also brings over a decade of direct involvement in the aviation sector, providing financial oversight and regulatory structuring.
Manuel is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and holds a warrant to practice as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor in Malta. He is fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian.
