Job Summary

As a member of our Private Wealth Team, the Senior Immigration Advisor is responsible for providing high-level, strategic immigration advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role involves managing complex residency and citizenship matters, navigating international legal frameworks, and delivering a seamless, premium client experience. The position is relationship-driven and requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to align immigration strategies with clients’ broader financial and succession planning objectives..

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Providing bespoke advice on residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes, Golden Visa schemes, and complex family migration matters.
  • Developing tailored immigration strategies that support clients’ personal, financial, and succession planning objectives.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of immigration applications, from initial consultation and document procurement to submission and final approval.
  • Liaising with private banks, family offices, tax advisors, legal professionals, and government authorities.
  • Coordinating cross-border processes to ensure immigration strategies align with clients’ financial structures.
  • Conducting thorough internal due diligence in line with international compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Staying up to date with developments in local and international immigration laws and policies.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in immigration law, advisory services, or related fields involving family immigration and succession planning.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Strong knowledge of residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes and global mobility frameworks.
