ANTOINE DEMICOLI | HEAD OF COMPANY SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Antoine Demicoli is a warranted lawyer with over 17 years of experience in corporate matters. He began his career at KPMG Malta, rising to Associate Director and leading the corporate services team. Antoine has advised local and international clients on business set-up, company continuations, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. A member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, he has also lectured on tax administration, corporate, and business law as part of professional programs in Malta.
MANUEL DEBONO | HEAD OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
With over 30 years of experience in finance, governance, and corporate services, Manuel brings a wealth of expertise to Finco. His career includes 17+ years at a Big 4 firm, where he advanced to Associate Director, and leadership of his own corporate services firm. Today, he serves as Director and Governance Lead for several foreign-owned companies, providing strategic oversight and ensuring full compliance under MFSA regulation. A Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, Manuel is also a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian.
MELANIE SPITERI | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Melanie is the Executive Assistant for Chris Casapinta at Finco. Melanie has extensive experience in managing complex executive calendars, handling confidential correspondence, and coordinating large-scale initiatives. Notably, Melanie’s background includes direct involvement in company governance through preparation for and attendance at key board meetings, underscoring her commitment to professional integrity and organisational excellence.

Finco x Żibel clean-up event
