Notably Alex Van Leyen has joined Finco to head fund management services. Alex brings a wealth of knowledge in the fund management space both locally and internationally. Through his network and experience he will bring significant value to our clients who would need support on the day to day activities of their fund management business.
VALERIIA DEBONO | COMPANY SECRETARIAL & TRUSTEE SERVICES MANAGER
Also Valeriia Debono, has joined as part of Company Secretarial team. Amongst other responsibilities one of her main focus areas will be the Security Trustee business. This has been a growing business activity with a growth in the number of local bond issuers seeking the services of a security trustee. Valeriia also has wealth of experience in delivering trustee services as well as company secretarial deliverables to clients ranging from incorporations, acting as secretary to clients’ board of directors, assisting and delivering in client transactions and also assisting clients in strengthening their corporate governance.
