Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Compliance and Regulatory Executive to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients adhere to all relevant regulatory framework and industry best practices within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping abreast of and interpreting new and existing financial services legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g. AML/CFT, MiFID II).
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular compliance monitoring and audits.
- Identifying and assessing compliance risks.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients on compliance matters.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and legislation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
